Papers must meet the following requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Language: English.<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Length: 5\u20137 pages (additional fees apply for exceeding the limit). Submissions under 5 pages will be rejected.<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Submission Limit: Up to 4 papers per author (including co-authored papers).<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Authorship Limit: A maximum of 10 authors per paper.<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Title: The title must not contain formulas, special characters, or symbols in any language. Only the first word and proper nouns should be capitalized; common words like \u201cis,\u201d \u201cor,\u201d and \u201cthen\u201d should remain lowercase unless they begin the title.<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Authors: Author names should be written in full, with the first name followed by the last name. Names should be separated by commas, with “and” before the last author, without a preceding comma.<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Affiliations: Each author\u2019s affiliation must include the organization, street name and number, postal code, city, country, and email address.<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Abstract: 150\u2013300 words summarizing the paper’s content.<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Keywords: At least four keywords.<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Structured paper: Introduction, Main Body (methodology, results, discussion, etc.), Conclusions, Acknowledgments (if necessary), Appendices (if necessary).<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 References: Minimum of 10 references (IEEE style), with self-citations not exceeding 10%.<\/p>\n\n
